Stuck, or something not quite right? Email hello@askrosie.app and a real person will get back to you, usually within two working days. It helps to include the version and member code from the bottom of Rosie's Profile screen.

Scanning a wine list

• Photograph the pages with wines on them, up to 6. Start with the one that matters most tonight, like by the glass or the colour you're after.
• Good light and a straight-on photo help most. If Rosie says a page is hard to read, retake it a little closer.
• Only scans that end in a recommendation count towards your free scans. If something goes wrong, it doesn't count.

Rosie Plus

• Cancel or change your plan on iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android in the Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Or open Rosie's Profile › Manage subscription. Apple or Google handles all billing, so we can't cancel it for you.
• New phone, or Plus not showing? Open Profile in Rosie and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple or Google account you paid with.
• Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play in your order history.

Your account

• Language: Profile › Language opens your phone's settings for Rosie, where you can choose English, French, Spanish or German.
• Delete your account in Profile › Delete account. It removes your profile, answers and recommendations everywhere. It doesn't cancel Rosie Plus; cancel that with Apple or Google first. No app? See deleting your account without the app.
• Get a copy of your data in Profile › Download my data. It saves a file with everything Rosie holds about your account.

Drinking responsibly

Rosie is for adults of legal drinking age. If you're worried about your drinking, talk to your doctor or a local support service.
